对旋风机轴向间距对其性能及流场的影响研究

摘要: 以FBD8.0对旋风机为研究对象,利用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对四种不同轴向间距下对旋轴流式通风机内部流场及其性能进行研究。结果表明随着两级叶轮轴向间距的增加,对旋风机效率先增大后减小|一定范围内增大轴向间距减小了两级叶轮的相互干涉,有利于气流均匀化|两级叶轮的相互干扰主要体现在第一级叶轮对第二级的干扰上,第二级对第一级叶轮有干扰但是作用不明显。轴向间距的减小则会使轴向间距内产生较严重的涡流现象,增加涡流损失。而过大的轴向间距不仅会增加风机的轴向尺寸,还会造成压力损失增加,导致风机压力、流量以及效率均有所降低。

Abstract: This paper studies the internal flow field and the performance of the contra-rotating fan of four different distances between two impellers FLUENT. The results show that when distance raising,the efficiency increased first and then decreased; the interference between two impellers reduces the axial distance increasing at a certain range, which helps to homogenize airflow; The mutual interference of the two impellers is mainly reflected in the interference of the first stage impeller to the second stage, the effect of the second stage impeller to the first stage is not as much. The decrease of the axial distance could cause serious vortex in the axial spacing, and increase the eddy current loss. But a large axial distance not only increases the axial size of the fan, but also Increases the energy loss, resulting in the decrease of fan pressure, flow and efficiency .
